Exercise

The shape of our Abdomen and Body Starts and Ends at our Kitchen and not at any Gym

Avoid Oil, sugar and Fatty foods,Outside stuff ,Food in packets as much as you can

Suddenly skipping ur meals is dangerous and there will be chances that you may also fall down or will become very weak

Excess of Food and Improper diet ,Improper Timings and Less Intake of Food

All the above will make u look dull , act dull and feel like Dead and

even hair fall will become ur lifestyle apart from cholesterol etc

Generally every One will talk or suggest the same thing that worked for them or what they have seen or known

So here first thing u need 2 know is

Know ur Body see what It needs ,Dont just do what every one is doing

Dont take same type of Food take a mixture of diff varieties

Eat lots of Fiber

Morning
Empty stomach drink a small gals of warm water mixed with Honey
this will keep u Active to some extent
After 30 min try 2 drink 2 - 4 glasses of water


At Breakfast take some Milk with oats and also add some protein powders

At evening take Green tea
Green Tea works wonder when we r depressed or feeling low energy and want some freshness It will also reduce Fat


Night ;- Try 2 have lite foods (intake of calories should be less)
like Rotis or fruit salad , take anything which has less Oil and Fat


People who eat Rice

Dont stop it But eat with measurement take a small Bowl or a Cup or carriages which People generally take for Offices

Take only one Cup of Rice and eat that with equal or more amount of Dal and Curry
Rice should be less or equal to then the Dal or Sabji which we add

This can be taken Only Once At lunch or at Dinner

Imp;- Drink min 8 liters of water per day , eat more Fiber take les intake or avoid
Fatty and oily foods

Exercices Not only brings u back in shape and reduces ur Fat But also make u super active and builds confident at ur Work place
U get more Friends and can Try all sorts of Clothes that work on u
U will get More Attention
and Best thing is It gives great Look to the Skin and keeps it Fresh
If u any time went out of Control and eats lots of ur Fav Food then Do more exercise and keep ur Body in Control
Just spending 45 mins is more then enough
Its a Complete Mind and Body Toning

Need not visit a gym, your home may be the ideal place.
